Media Uproar in Indonesia

No Comments In general, the Indonesian media get it right, so to speak. However, there are occasions when the information the bureau’s receive is of a sketchy basis. Of course in this recent case it was the information from the Indonesian government regarding the Adam Air plane crash in Sulawesi.
Indonesia’s furious media accused authorities today of lying after officials erroneously reported that rescuers had found wreckage and survivors from a missing airliner carrying 102 people.
