Image of the Day: Wet Padi, North Bali, Indonesia
Wherever you travel in Bali you will come across padi fields in various stages of growth. Some of the padi fields on the many slopes and in the valleys are a golden brown and ready for harvesting whilst other times you might see a rich tapestry of green across an area.
Then there are the padi fields where the rice seedlings have just been planted – wet padi.
