2 Comments » It’s one of those surprises you get when travelling around Indonesia. Candika and I were in Belimbing, Central Bali, and stopped at a quite warung. The owners then showed us their pride and joy - Bats!. The food was good as well!.

Hi Stavros,
They surely do eat bats and yes, it’s delicious. In fact, if it walks,runs,flies,wriggles, squirms or hops, then the Balinese will eat it!.
