My favourite way of devouring these delicious creatures is Ikan Bakar and there are many Javanese restorans in Bali that do this.

Some are historical and dating from the Dutch Occupation of Indonesia, others are delightful old buildings and some converted into small businesses. This delightful building was converted into a hairdresser salon (potong rambut).
